At BusTrainBook, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service. However, we understand that plans may change. Please read our refund and return policy below carefully before booking.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the departure time.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed trips or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@bustrainbook.com.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of departure).
  • No-shows or failure to board the transport.
  • Any booking fees or third-party service charges are non-refundable.
